Common questions
How is the trial different from the paid plans?+
During the 14-day trial, every Pro feature is unlocked so you can evaluate the full product. After the trial you pick a plan; if you do nothing, the account pauses until you settle.
Why is there no price on the site?+
Because what a workshop pays depends on its size, how many branches it runs and whether it carries fleet contracts — a single number on a page would be wrong for most people reading it. Tell us how you operate and we will quote you properly, usually the same day.
How does billing actually work?+
You pay for a term up front — 3 months, 6 months or a year — rather than month to month. That keeps your account out of the failed-card cycle that makes monthly software painful in Nigeria, and the longer the term, the lower your rate.
What are the SMS allowances for?+
Job updates normally reach your customers on WhatsApp from your own number, which costs you nothing extra. SMS covers the customers who do not use WhatsApp — appointment confirmations, "ready for pickup", invoices and service reminders. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and we can raise it if you need more.
Do my customers need the app?+
No. They get WhatsApp messages from your workshop number when the job status changes. The app is for your team only.
Can I move my data later if I leave?+
Yes. We provide a one-time export in JSON or CSV at termination, free of charge, within 30 days.
Do you support workshops outside Nigeria?+
Yes — billing in NGN via Paystack or USD via Stripe. WhatsApp templates work anywhere Meta Business is approved.
How safe is my customer data?+
